How do you all feel about the post KS crowdfunding on their site? www.ashesofcreation.com/storeI like the fact that they changed the exclusives and upped the price of the lifetime sub. The sub was always about value reward because if someone purchased the sub monthly, they would eventually pay more, so raising the lifetime sub means they must play several months longer until they are playing for free, meaning we got a better value (which is the exclusive reward). They have put to rest my all my issues with the post KS funding. Any other concerns? |

I didn't like the way they justified the Lifetime Subscription by saying that the Kickstarter exclusive was based on price so when they upped it to $550 it was a different exclusive. I felt that was shady.
However personally I do not mind others getting the lifetime subscription by paying a bit more. Fine by me but again I didn't like their explanation.
Overall I am fine with it. What ever is good for the players and the game, I am good with.

I am fine with it since Kickstarter doesn't allow PayPal otherwise I would be wary.

I'm personally fine with it because of how it truly isn't theirs or our fault that Kickstarter didn't offer other payment options. Especially something as big as PayPal.
I also see it as kind of fair, because most of the things that were offered on Kickstarter were first come first serve type of style.
But hey at least the people that didn't get a chance to do it through Kickstarter are still able to obtain the same quality exclusives as us, even though they will pay a little more.

are we able to upgrade? or just buy new packs? i mean us that bought when it was in kickstarter?
cant loggin at their page for sum reason keep saying my pw is wrong.........

We can upgrade but not yet. It probably won't be possible until July. Apparently Steven was saying to make up for the whole lifetime thing braver of worlds and up may get all of the summer add one for free. Apparently it's something they're discussing right now. |

Upgrading is open now. Also you can buy addond by going to your dashboard. the pets are cheap  you can get the fire and Ice skin too (for $75) alot of the rest is rather expensive imho  |
